"A Private space company is starting up, unlike the others," Wozniak tweeted on Sunday, with the link to the one-minute YouTube video.
Wozniak didn't say what the purpose of the aerospace company was, but an unrelated press release from August for a 3D printer, spotted by Gizmodo, says that Privateer is "focused on monitoring and cleaning up objects in space."
In the release, Wozniak is quoted as saying that he wanted to "keep space accessible for future generations."
Space debris is a growing threat, and startups are trying to tap into the lucrative business of cleaning it up.
Insider has contacted Wozniak for more information.
Privateer's website says the company is "in stealth mode." It doesn't provide any information other than a contact page.
A voice-over on the YouTube video says: "Together we will go far. We will take care of each other, we will solve problems together. This isn't a race, it isn't a competition or a game.
"It is up to us to work together to do what is right and what is good. So here's to taking care of what we have, so that the next generation can be better together, " it says.
Privateer is expected to share more details between Tuesday and Friday at the Advanced Maui Optical and Space Surveillance Technologies conference (AMOS) in Maui, Hawaii, according to the caption on the company's YouTube video.
This isn't the first time Wozniak and Fielding have joined forces. In 2001, they both cofounded a wireless tech licensing company called Wheels of Zeus, according to Ripcord's website.
